Thirty minutes, by video, at no cost and with no obligation. A chance to ask everything you want to understand before spending a significant amount of money.
What we will cover
The call is shaped around what you need, but most people want to work through some of the following:
- what the 4Cs actually mean for the stone you are considering, and which of them you can compromise on;
- what a realistic budget buys at the moment, in natural and in laboratory-grown;
- whether a particular certificate says what you think it says;
- how the sourcing process works, what it costs, and how long it takes;
- anything you have already been quoted elsewhere, and whether it is fair.
What to have ready
Nothing is required. If you already have any of these to hand, the call goes further:
- a rough budget range, even a wide one;
- the shape or style you have in mind, or photographs of rings you like;
- certificates or listings you are already considering;
- a ring size, if you know it.
If you have none of it, that is entirely normal — a first call is often the point at which those questions get answered.

The consultation is free because it is genuinely useful to me for you to be well informed. If you decide not to go ahead, or to buy elsewhere, that is a perfectly good outcome — you will at least know what you are looking at.
